Tunstall Industries offers stainless steel DHW tanks in commercial non-ASME sizes up to 119 gallons. The current industry standard in this size & price range uses glass-lined carbon steel tanks. The embodied carbon with consistent tank replacement can be avoided by using a long lasting tank. Stainless steel is corrosion resistant without requiring sacrificial anodes, and is a recyclable material. Pricing is comparable to the current industry standard - for a much longer lasting product. Tunstall offers standard DHW storage tanks, indirect water heaters with internal double-wall hydronic coil, as well as specialized stratified storage tanks for single-pass heat pump water heating applications.
