Coil Piping Packages (CPP)
Griswold Controls offers valve packages for heating & cooling coils to help save labour in the field, and space in the ceiling plenum. Each component is selected based on system requirements. Flow rates & connections are sized for each coil. Components for each coil kit are shrink wrapped together on a board site and tagged for location.

Automatic Balancing
The Griswold K-Valve automatic flow limiter is a perfect solution for automatically balancing closed hydronic loops. The stainless steel flow limiting cartridge has a spring loaded cup that dynamically absorbs pressure fluctuations resulting from changing system conditions due to varying heating/cooling loads. Manual balancing is labour intensive, and does not adapt to changing system conditions. Automatic balancing valves at each coil & terminal unit guarantee your system will be properly balanced. Need to put in a bigger coil? Simply swap out the cartridge without having to break the line. The lead free version is perfect for automatic balancing of domestic hot water recirculation systems.
